Freediver Lv 1/ Wave 1
This program teaches fundamental freediving techniques for comfortable enjoyment in the aquatic world to depths of 20m/66ft. You will also practice Static Apnea to help develop your breath-holding abilities and in-water comfort.

FIRST STEPS: YOU MUST FILL OUT THE PFI & MOLCHANOVS MEDICAL FORM AND BRING THEM TO CLASS, PLEASE REVIEW THE FORM BEFORE YOU SIGN UP
You will receive online pre-training for equalization and basic course material once the deposit is received. This must be done prior to class!!
You are responsible for your own equipment, Mask, Fins, Snorkel, and Wetsuit. Arrangements can be made if you need to rent equipment.

When you arrive at Lake Phoenix you will need to check in and pay the entry fee and sign the manifest for BLUE ALCHEMY FREEDIVING. Make sure you have completed your quarry waiver prior to arrival: https://lakephoenixva.com/waivers/
